DC Brushless Motor

Brushless DC Motor lacks overall maintenance due to the lack of brushes. It operates efficiently at all speeds under rated load. It has high efficiency and high output power to size ratio. It is reduced in size and therefore has excellent thermal properties. It has a higher speed range and lower electrical noise generation.
Brushless DC Motor has no armature. In contrast, wire motor windings (called stators) are not moving and are "hardwired" to the power supply. The field magnet rotates and is directly connected to the motor output shaft to provide propulsion. Its field magnet is a drum rotor that rotates around the stator. This type is suitable for applications that require high torque and does not require high RPM. The stator is a fixed drum that rotates in the magnetic field. It can rotate at very high speeds.
DC Brushless Motor is more complicated in the motor charging method than the DC brush motor. In the case of a brushed motor, the brush simply reverses the polarity of the commutator/armature to the magnet ring, which causes the armature to rotate. For brushless motors, the small boards coordinate the energy transfer to the windings to charge them opposite to the polarity of the magnetic field magnets.
